Key Energy Ltd. was incorporated on January 23, 2017 as a combined venture of Pepler Oilfield Services Ltd. (Rob Pepler) and Heath Oilfield Services Ltd. (Kamen Heath).
The two shareholders brought together their combined individual areas of expertise and formed one general oilfield contractor, specializing in both pipeline and facility construction.
